Power Quality Assessment
Dips and swells are conditions that plague commercial electrical power distribution systems. Our Field Operations Team has extensive experience in designing and troubleshooting electrical distribution systems, and is skilled in resolving on-site problems resulting from poor power quality.

Baseline Power Consumption
Benchmarking the performance of the lighting system is the cornerstone of conducting a meaningful payback analysis. By working with independent 3rd party metering companies a complete before-and-after energy consumption profile is prepared.

Electrical Code Examination
Fifth Light offers a complete source-to-load examination of a building's electrical system so that problems pertaining to the lighting distribution are identified and resolved in a cost effective way. Problems with three-phase load balance, neutral currents, harmonic content, over-current and under-voltage, as well as other symptoms of poor power quality and electrical code violations can all be mitigated as part of our pre-installation services.
